1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mihari platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mihari and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Mihari a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance through our status page and via email notifications. We are not liable for any downtime resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet infrastructure issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mihari and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mihari in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
